In the past we have already achieved excellent results in protein gelato with our Balancing, but recently we have reviewed and re-evaluated its components to obtain even more creamy and long-lasting high protein gelato!

New parameters, new ingredients and other small details will make a very big difference.

In this lesson we will see the “classic” protein flavors such as those with chocolate or those with nuts, but we will see also more innovative (and no less tasty!!!) flavors such as those with legumes.

As always, everything is made starting from scratch and without the semi-finished products or industrial preparations!!!
